Small business owner Karen is a sweet woman who welcomes everyone who walks into her store with a smile. If she doesn’t recognize you, she’ll make an effort to get to know you and remember your name. Her store is filled with creations from nearby local artists/entrepreneurs including decorations, Knick-nacks, beauty products, dinnerware, jewelry, and more! Definitely worth the browse, it’s always a joy visiting this store and the many events it hosts in Allentown.

Perennial home was a wonderful host to many during the annual witches night out. Treats were served for the ticketed guests and a little magic brew as well. It's always an enjoyable experience picking out a gift here! Karen has a beautiful selection and her joyful spirit makes her customers feel right at home. The (good) trouble with PERENNIAL HOME is that if you go there with one thing in mind, there is a good chance that you'll end up seeing something additional and end up getting that, too. The more time you spend in there, the more ideas you will get. Also, importantly, allow yourself a little extra time to chat with Karen (even if you weren't planning to), as she is one of the reasons it is always fun to stop by there. And some folks clearly stop by just to chat with Karen and have a caramel candy. No pressure sales here. One other thing... If you want to get someone a greeting card that doesn't look like it was from a display @ Target or Wal-Mart, she has some of the nicest unique and interesting cards for about the same cost as you'd pay at a chain store.

Amazing store. The owner was extremely nice. My wife and I enjoyed talking to her. She was very informative and very dedicated to her store and what she has in it. It's a different kind of place, where you can get decorations, furniture, and little nicknacks that are all made by local artists and craftsman. They have something for every price point as well. I will be going back!
